Material

The Difference of Main Material

NBR butadiene fluoro rubber
Suitable for use in petroleum-based hydraulic oil, glycol-based hydraulic oil, di-fat lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is currently the most widely used and lowest-cost rubber seal. It is unsuitable for polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK, and oxocarbons. The general operating temperature range is -40~120C

VITON gas rubber sealing ring
Its high-temperature resistance is better than that of silicone rubber, and it has excellent weather, ozone, and chemical resistance, but its cold resistance is poor. It is resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and animal and vegetable oils, and is suitable for sealing diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It is not recommended for use with ketones, low molecular weight esters, and nitrate-containing mixtures. The general operating temperature range is -20~220’C

EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring
It has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used for enzymes, ketones, and sealing in high-temperature water vapour environments. Suitable for bathroom equipment, car radiators and car braking systems. Not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oils. The general humidity range is -55-150C

FFKM perfluoroelastomer
It has very excellent chemical corrosion resistance and is resistant to most chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, ketones, vinegar, ethers, and warm oxidants. Its maximum heat resistance can reach 320°C. It is usually used to solve linear polar sealing problems. However, it is nearly a hundred times more expensive than ordinary rubber materials.
