Installation Guidelines

1. Mount the pump near the fuel tank (within 30cm/12 inches) for best gravity feed performance.
2. Position the pump to push fuel toward the carburetor rather than pull from a distance.
3. Install an inline fuel filter before the pump inlet to prevent contamination.
4. Use 5/16″ fuel-rated hose and secure hose clamps at all connections.
5. Wire through ignition-hot source with an inline fuse (recommended: 5A) and relay.
6. Ground to clean chassis point for reliable operation.
